A few clear terms.

These terms cover your use of Ringee’s website and services. Ringee is operated by Shaurya Singh in the United Arab Emirates. Contact s@shaurya.io with questions.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement where you live, or have any legally required permission from a parent or guardian. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The iOS software is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms explain the Ringee service and do not replace that license or any mandatory consumer rights. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing.

Ringee generates AI images to help you explore engagement-ring ideas. Results may contain inaccuracies, distortions, unexpected changes, or variations in color, dimensions, proportions, fit, materials, and appearance.

Ringee does not measure ring size, certify jewelry, provide valuations, guarantee a design can be manufactured, or sell the rings pictured. Verify details, sizing, quality, and availability with a qualified jeweler before making a purchase or other decision.

You keep the rights you have in content you upload. You give Ringee and its service providers permission to store, transmit, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the features you request, including AI generation and refinement where you consent.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for each photo, reference image, or instruction you submit, including permission from people pictured. Do not upload unlawful material, sexual exploitation material, abusive content, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass safety controls, access another account, misuse the service, or disrupt its operation.

AI results may not be unique and may resemble content generated for others. We do not guarantee copyright protection or freedom from third-party rights. You remain responsible for how you use or share outputs.

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You may save, share, or delete content using the available app controls.

We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, security incidents, or legal requirements. If you think a restriction is a mistake, contact support.

Ringee Pro provides paid generation and refinement features subject to the usage allowance and limits shown in the app. The in-app purchase information shows the localized price, billing period, allowance details, and any eligible introductory offer before you commit.

Payments are charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.

Any eligible free trial converts to the paid subscription disclosed at purchase unless you cancel before it ends. Apple determines offer eligibility. When a trial is offered, cancel at least 24 hours before its end if you do not want it to renew. Buying a subscription may end any unused portion of a free trial, as described by Apple’s purchase terms.

Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation generally preserves access until the current paid period expires, subject to Apple’s terms. Deleting your app or account does not cancel a subscription.

Use Restore purchases in Ringee’s paywall or Settings if your subscription is not appearing. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple, subject to applicable law. Request a refund from Apple.

Generation depends on network access and third-party services. A request may be refused by safety filters, fail, or take longer than expected. Failed or refused generations do not consume a successful-generation allowance. Access and usage controls may apply to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.

We work to provide a useful service, but cannot guarantee that every result will meet your expectations or that service will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ringee is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

You can stop using Ringee at any time. Delete your account in You → Settings → Delete account, or contact s@shaurya.io if you cannot access it. The Privacy Policy explains what is removed and what service providers may retain.

Account deletion is permanent. Export any images you want to keep first, and cancel an active Apple subscription separately.

We may update features and these terms. We will publish the updated date here and provide additional notice when required. Any material purchase terms are presented before purchase, and changes do not remove consumer rights or benefits already owed to you.
