Ringee is operated by Shaurya Singh, based in the United Arab Emirates. This policy covers the Ringee iPhone app and ringee.app. For privacy questions or requests, contact s@shaurya.io.

Ringee helps you explore engagement-ring ideas using AI visualizations of photos you choose. Your photos and looks are not a public gallery.

• Account information: your account identifier, email address, and authentication information from email, Apple, or Google sign-in. A sign-in provider can also supply profile information such as your name. We use this to sign you in and keep your account and content connected across devices.
• Content you choose: hand photos, ring/nail/background reference photos, style preferences, written instructions, generated images, favorites, and related generation history. We use this to create, save, organize, and refine your looks. Saved quiz preferences also set your first-look and Studio defaults.
• Purchase information: your subscription product, transaction and entitlement information, expiration status, and generation usage. Apple processes payment details; Ringee does not receive your full payment-card number.
• Notifications: if you allow notifications, a device push token and notification preference let us tell you when a look is ready or needs attention.
• Service and support records: operational logs, request times, technical errors, network information such as IP addresses, and correspondence you send us help us deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
• Optional usage analytics: when you opt in, account-linked feature events, app-install and session identifiers, app and operating-system versions, device model, and categorical usage and performance measurements help us understand onboarding, subscriptions, and rendering reliability. Technical measurements include generation duration and safe error codes. See “Your choices” below.

Only upload photos and references you are entitled to use. If an image includes someone else, make sure you have their permission. We do not use hand photos to identify people through biometric matching.

We ask for your permission before your first AI-processing request. Creating or refining a look sends the relevant photos and written instructions through OpenRouter to the selected image provider, OpenAI or Google. Refinement can also send the previous generated image. These providers process that content to produce the requested visualization and apply their safety controls.

You can decline AI processing. Generation then remains unavailable; declining does not give permission to send your photos to an AI provider. Camera and photo-library permissions are separate device permissions.

Provider retention, security, and other processing practices depend on the provider and service configuration. We do not promise that content is retained for zero days or make a blanket claim about provider training. Read the OpenRouter privacy policy, OpenRouter data practices, OpenAI privacy policy, and Google privacy policy.

• Supabase provides account authentication, the app database, private file storage, and backend processing.
• RevenueCat receives an account identifier and purchase information to validate subscriptions, manage access, and provide subscription reporting. Apple handles App Store purchases and push notifications.
• PostHog processes optional analytics when enabled. Events use account and app-install identifiers and approved usage properties; we do not send it photo contents, written generation instructions, names, email addresses, or storage paths. Session replay and advertising-ID tracking are not enabled.
• Apple or Google receives sign-in information when you choose its sign-in option. Google documents using an IP address to estimate general location for sign-in fraud prevention. This does not use precise-location permission. Ringee disables location enrichment in its optional PostHog analytics.
• Resend delivers transactional account emails, such as sign-in and password-recovery messages, using your email address and the message needed for that action.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides domain infrastructure. Its infrastructure may process network and access information to deliver and protect the website.

We do not sell your personal information or use your photos for advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as necessary to investigate abuse.

Service providers may process data in countries other than the one where you live. Applicable protections depend on the provider’s terms and the laws that apply to your data.

Usage analytics is optional and off by default. You can enable or disable it in Ringee’s Settings. Disabling it stops future optional analytics from the app and backend. Essential records needed for authentication, subscription access, security, and generation operation still exist.

You can manage AI-processing consent in Settings. Withdrawing consent prevents future AI requests; it cannot undo requests already processed. We will ask again if the consent changes materially.

You can control camera, photo-library, and notification access in iPhone Settings. You can turn look notifications off inside Ringee as well. You choose whether to share or export generated images using the system share sheet.

This website does not load advertising, session replay, or optional analytics scripts, and does not set an analytics cookie. Visiting an external link is subject to that website’s own policy.

Ringee retains your account, uploaded content, and generated looks so they remain available to you until you remove them or delete your account. Deleting a saved hand removes that hand photo but keeps its existing looks. Deleting a look removes that look; separately saved refinements can remain. Uploaded reference photos can remain in your account storage until account deletion.

To delete your account, open You → Settings → Delete account. This stops new generation activity, removes notification registrations, and removes your stored photos, looks, and sign-in account. An in-progress render may need to finish stopping before deletion completes; follow the status shown in the app and retry if prompted. We also request deletion of the associated PostHog data and RevenueCat customer record.

Deletion from Ringee does not automatically erase records independently retained by Apple, an AI provider, or another service provider. Their policies and legal obligations apply. Limited security, transaction, support, or backup records may remain where needed for legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or the provider’s backup lifecycle.

Deleting the app or your Ringee account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel separately in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple explains how to cancel.

You can contact s@shaurya.io to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Your available rights, including objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or a complaint to a data-protection authority, depend on applicable law.

Ringee is not designed for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without the necessary permission, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as Ringee changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes to AI recipients or processing consent will also be explained in the app before new consent is requested.
